Welcome to this website operated by Aiman Azlan (“Creator”). Creator offers this website to monetize his digital goods, content, and services (“Creator Content”) to you as a customer (“Customer” or “you”) to purchase such Creator Content.
Within this privacy policy (“Policy”) Customers can find information regarding the processing of personal data that Creator processes as a data controller about Customer as a data subject when Customer visits or interacts with this website (“Site”).

What personal information do We collect?
Personal information is information Creator may process about Customer, such as name, surname, e-mail address and similar types of data.
Depending on how Customer interact with Site, Creator may collect the following types of data:
- identification and contact data (e. g. name, surname, e-mail address);
- Customer behavior data (e. g. website behavior history, data about how Customer accessed the Site);
- purchase and transaction details (e. g. payment information, billing contact details, history of invoicing);
- communication details (e.g. information the Customers provide to Creator in their communication to support requests, complaints etc.).

Automatized Processing and Profiling
As part of the processing, Creator is not conducting automated processing or profiling.
Technical safeguards
Creator protects Customer personal information and applies reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect his personal data. However, Creator cannot guarantee complete security, particularly for data transmitted over the internet.
Changes to the Policy
This Policy may be changed to reflect best practices and legal requirements for personal data protection. The current version will always be listed on the Site. Material changes will be communicated to Customer by e-mail where required by law.
Personal Data Protection Officer
Creator does not have a personal data protection officer and Creator is not legally obliged to appoint one.
This Policy shall take effect on 7 January 2025.
